About GuessTheTiles
Flip two tiles, find a pair, clear them. That much is familiar. What is not familiar is the punishment: make several mistakes and the game reshuffles all the remaining tiles, which throws away the map you were building in your head.
There are two things working in your favour. Match two pairs in a row and a Bonus Help button unlocks. Occasional flashes reveal random pairs without being asked. Later levels hold more tiles, so the shuffle costs more each time it happens. It runs at 800 by 600 in any orientation.
How to play
- Flip a tile to reveal what is under it.
- Flip a second tile and try to match the first.
- Match two pairs in a row to unlock the Bonus Help button.
- Clear the whole board to move on to a level with more tiles.

Tips
- Watch for the flashes even when you are not guessing. They show pairs you have not turned over yet.
- Stop guessing when you are unsure. A run of mistakes shuffles the board and costs you everything you memorised.
