About Merge Royal
Cards sit in stacks the way they would in a patience game, and they carry numbers the way they would in 2048. Drag one onto a card showing the same number and the two become one card worth more. Everything else is deciding which stack can afford to lose a card.
The two halves pull against each other, which is the interesting part. Solitaire wants you to keep stacks ordered, and merging wants you to break them open. There is no clock, so the pressure is entirely about running out of places to drop.
How to play
- Drag a card from one stack to another.
- Drop a card onto a matching card to merge the pair into the next number.
- Keep somewhere free to drop, or the run stops there.

Tips
- Merge from the smallest numbers upward. A high card with no twin in sight blocks the stack it sits on.
- Keep one stack as working space for as long as you can. A full board takes the choice away from you.
