About Seat the Guests
One guest waits at a time, and every chair at the table carries a number and a colour on each side. Seat the guest where all of that agrees and the table fills up. Seat them where it nearly agrees and you spend a move later putting it right.
The move counter is the whole difficulty. Guests can be picked up and moved again, so nothing is ever lost, but every correction comes out of the same budget as the seating. It plays in either orientation and needs nothing but a finger or a mouse.
How to play
- Tap an empty chair to seat the guest who is waiting.
- Tap a seated guest, then an empty chair, to move that guest.
- Tap the selected guest again to cancel the move.
- Fill the table before the moves run out.
Controls
| Tap an empty chair, or choose one with the arrow keys | Seat the waiting guest |
|---|---|
| Tap a seated guest, then a chair | Move that guest |
| Tap the selected guest again | Cancel the move |
Tips
- Read the number and both neighbouring colours before you commit. Two of the three agreeing is not a seat.
- Plan the whole table while the first guest waits. A move spent fixing a guess is a move you cannot seat with.
