About Tanks 2D Battle with Ratte
Two dimensional tank warfare against computer opponents. You drive across varied terrain, position yourself, and trade fire with enemy tanks that are doing the same thing back at you. The terrain is not decoration: what you park behind and what you have to cross decides most engagements.
Upgrades sit between the battles, so a fight you lost is a reason to change the tank rather than repeat the run unchanged. It plays at 800 by 600 on a phone or a desktop.
How to play
- Drive your tank across the terrain.
- Take a position before you open fire.
- Shoot the enemy tanks and keep something between you and them.
- Spend what you earn on upgrades for the next battle.

Tips
- Use the ground. A tank sitting behind a rise takes far less than one out in the open.
- Upgrade after a loss instead of retrying straight away. The same tank gets the same result.
