About Strykon
Strykon puts a squad under your command and drops it into firefights across a set of different modes. The pitch is that the shooting and the planning matter about equally: you are choosing where the force goes as well as pulling the trigger, and the modes ask for different answers.
The arsenal is large and it is meant to be customised, so weapons get upgraded rather than replaced wholesale. The graphics and sound are the game's own selling point, and the controls are built to work without a keyboard. It runs in landscape at 800 by 600, on a phone or a desktop.
How to play
- Pick a mode and take your forces into the firefight.
- Command the squad as well as your own fire.
- Earn your way toward new weapons.
- Customise and upgrade the arsenal between battles.

Tips
- Spend on one weapon until it is properly upgraded. A spread of half improved guns wins nothing.
- Try each mode early. They reward different play, and one of them will suit you better than the rest.
