Silly and well built. The reload timing gives it a rhythm most wave defence games never find.

About Parmesan Partisan

Parmesan Partisan is a defence game with a premise it commits to completely. Rats come in from the edges, you have a shotgun, and behind you is the cheese. The shotgun has a spread and a reload, so the game is about where you stand rather than how fast you click.

Upgrades between waves change the shape of the fight: a wider spread, a faster reload, a barrier that buys you a second. The waves get denser, and the moment the rats start coming from two sides at once is when the game gets good.

How to play

  1. Shoot the rats before they reach the cheese.
  2. Reload during the gaps, not during the rush.
  3. Spend the payout between waves on spread, reload speed or defences.

Controls

Left clickEverything. The game needs no keyboard.

Tips

  • Stand between the cheese and the largest group, not on top of the cheese.
  • Reload speed is worth more than damage. The shotgun already kills a rat in one hit.
