About Head the Ball
Every match comes down to the moment the ball is in the air. You read where it is going, arrive before the defender does, and decide whether the header goes at goal or out to somebody better placed.
The pace is quick and the margins are small, so anticipation matters more than reaction. Defending is the half most players ignore and then lose to. It plays at 600 by 800 in portrait, on a phone or a desktop.
How to play
- Watch where the ball is going to land.
- Get into position before your opponent does.
- Head the ball at goal or to a teammate.
- Drop back and defend when possession changes.

Tips
- Move to where the ball will be. Chasing where it is leaves you a step behind all match.
- A header to a teammate beats a hopeful one at goal. The second chance is usually the better one.
