About SpongeBob: Bikini Bottom or Bust
SpongeBob hangs from a balloon made of a rubber glove and drifts upwards between two rock walls. The balloon loses height on its own, so the climb depends on the bubbles floating in the shaft. Hold the pointer over a bubble and the balloon gets the push it needs to carry on up.
The walls are the whole danger. Burst the glove balloon three times and the run is over, which turns a slow climb into a steady line of small decisions about which bubble to reach for and how close to the rock you are willing to pass. It is a 2002 Flash game preserved from the web.
How to play
- Move the pointer to steer SpongeBob and his glove balloon.
- Hover over a bubble to give the balloon more lift.
- Keep the balloon clear of the rock wall on either side.
- Climb as far as you can before the balloon bursts a third time.

Tips
- Take the bubble in the middle of the shaft over the one near the rock. Height you gain against the wall is height you give back.
- Move before the balloon starts to sink. A balloon that is already falling needs more bubbles to bring back up.
