About Hotgear
Driving with the leash off. There are missions to take, but the city stays open, so you can also just pick a direction and drive until something happens.
The cars are the other half of it. There is a long list of them and the customising goes deep enough that two players end up with very different garages. The chases are the loud part, and the game builds most of its missions around them. It runs at 800 by 600 on a phone or a desktop.
How to play
- Choose a car and take it into the city.
- Drive to a mission or explore on your own.
- Outrun whoever comes after you.
- Spend what you earn on the car or on a new one.

Tips
- Learn two or three escape routes rather than the whole map. A chase gives you no time to read street names.
- Put money into handling before speed. Top speed is no use in a city full of corners.
