About Going up
A pixel art flyer built on a single tap. The bird falls, the tap lifts it, and everything between you and the top is something to be dodged. Coins picked up along the way unlock new skins for the bird.
It is the kind of game where the rules take five seconds to learn and the timing takes far longer. Nothing is hidden from you: you can see the gap, and the only question is whether you tap at the right moment. It plays in portrait at 600 by 800.
How to play
- Tap to lift the bird off the floor of the screen.
- Stop tapping to let it drop.
- Steer through the gaps and collect the coins.
- Spend the coins on new skins.
Controls

Tips
- Short taps hold a line better than long ones. Most crashes are from overshooting, not from falling.
- Leave a coin that sits in a bad gap. A skin is worth less than the run.
